HOW TO APPLY
- Before using the Rosé Shampoo, use your usual Shampoo first
- Apply product evenly through hair, massage through
- Leave for 2-3 minutes for Shampoo, 3-5 minutes for the Conditioner
- Rinse well! Use a treatment after if you wish
- Washing your hair with cold water helps lock your colour in & creates shine

Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: Make sure you selected Royal Mail International Tracked (Express) at checkout, as Royal Mail's standard service does not come with a tracking code. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website for the first few days and once it has left the UK you will be able to track via your local postal service's website using the same tracking number.
Q: I received one parcel, but it does not contain the whole order. Should I expect another?
A: Yes, don't worry, this is normal. Orders over 3 or 4 items are usually split into 2-3 parcels. This is either due to customs regulations or insurance. Even though the parcels are sent at the same time, they can often arrive a few days apart.
